SUP Yoga

It is the practice of yoga on a SUP (stand up paddle) board that floats on water.

In SUP Yoga, the focus is on performing a sequence of particular positions adapted to the context and surface: it provides a unique experience in contact with nature, bringing physical, emotional and mental benefits.

Classes are held at sunset time when the lake waters calm down. SUP Yoga is suitable for anyone, the only requirement is knowing how to swim.
